Massive Crowd Receive Ayade, Prince Otu, As APC Campaign Train Berths In Obanliku
The All Progressives Congress campaign which commenced last weekend continued today with the campaign train birthing in Obanliku LGA in the Northern Senatorial District
Governor Ben Ayade who is contesting to represent the Northern Senatorial District led the team which included the party’s governorship candidate, Sen. Bassey Edet Otu, his deputy, party chairman among others.
Speaking at the campaign grounds, governorship candidate, Sen. Bassey Otu expressed appreciation to the people for a rousing welcome, maintaining that he will build on the gains of the Ayade's administration.
"The policy thrust of our administration when we get into office is going to be People First".
“We already have a work plan based on our last discussion during my visit here to thank you. As we follow that work plan, we will arrive at a greater and better Cross River. I have so many Obanliku friends, so I can give you every assurance that we will give this place a facelift”
Addressing the crowd, Gov.Ben Ayade said "never in the history of campaigns have we witnessed this kind of crowd in Obanliku. It only shows that Obanliku is APC".
He urged the people to vote for all APC candidates from Presidency to State House of Assembly
