The Cross River State All Progressive Congress APC gubernatorial candidate, Sen Prince Bassey Otu has been declared winner in the State's gubernatorial election.
Otu who won 15 local governments of the 18 LGAs in the state polled 258,619 while he closet contender Sen Sandy Onor polled 179,636 votes
